EVEN MORE WORLD-CLASS TALENT AT THE BERLIN TENNIS OPEN

The world-class field of players at the BERLIN TENNIS OPEN by Hylo extends right through to the qualifying round: Among the 20 players aiming to qualify for the high-level main draw from 14 June 2025 are Ludmilla Samsonova and Ekaterina Alexandrova, currently ranked numbers 18 and 20, respectively, in the WTA world rankings. Furthermore, top stars Sofia Kenin (USA, WTA No. 30), 2020 Australian Open winner, and Ons Jabeur (Tunisia, WTA No. 36), 2022 BERLIN TENNIS OPEN winner, will be joining other top-tier talent at the Steffi-Graf Stadium.

The players who advance through the qualifying round of the BERLIN TENNIS OPEN by HYLO, which also features Marta Kostyuk (Ukraine,WTA No. 25), Magdalena Frech (Poland, WTA No. 26) and Anna Kalinskaya(WTA No. 28), will find themselves in arguably the strongest main draw on theWTA Tour. Nine Top Ten players and 17 of the world's top 18 will compete at theWTA 500 tournament in Berlin at the LTTC 'Rot-Weiß' Berlin!

A total of seven Grand Slam champions with twelve major titles between them are set to participate. Led by the top-ranked players of the world, Aryna Sabalenka (three major titles) and crowd favourite, Coco Gauff (2023 US Open champion). Elena Rybakina (2022) and Marketa Vondrousova (2023) have already each won a Wimbledon title, Naomi Osaka (WTA No. 49) has won four majors so far and Emma Raducanu celebrated a win at the 2021 US Open. Both Osaka and Raducanu have received wild cards, as has the German hopeful Eva Lys from Hamburg (WTA No. 59).

And more good news: Tickets for the world's best women's tennis onCentre Court at the Steffi-Graf Stadium are still available. While only a fewtickets remain for the final Sunday and the semi-finals on Saturday, there arestill several price categories to choose from for all other days.

The limited ground tickets, which are available for the first time this year, are also proving to be very popular. They grant free access to the entire tournament site (except CentreCourt). Spectators can thus enjoy the top players' qualifying matches during the opening weekend (14 to 15 June), as well as practice sessions live and up close. Ground tickets are only available while supplies last.
